Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 7 business days from the date your order is placed. After your order is shipped, you can check the tracking number in your email for updates. If you have any shipping inquiries, contact the shipping carrier (either USPS or UPS) so they can help. 

We don’t offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment. Please double check your addresses!

If your order is marked “delivered” by the postal service, Golden Sol Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. There is nothing we can do.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

*Items returned to sender because of an address error on the customer’s part will be recharged the shipping rate. Please double check your shipping information when ordering. We cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed!
